A note from Margaret:
Barfrestone had few marriages, and in fact many years with no marriages, baptisms or burials at all. Occasionally the population decided that this made life too easy for the Vicar, and a sudden rush would happen. With the odd exception the microfilm was very clear and the handwriting easy to read.
